We reimagined professional espresso gear pump technology and redesigned the entire liquid flow system to create an innovative brewing solution exclusive for tea preparation — our MACAS Intelligent Tea Brewer.
This equipment adopts a proprietary Bottom-In, Top-Out (BITO) water circulation structure, a design completely different from conventional tea machines. Standard top-down infusion lets water rush through the easiest route, leading to uneven flavor extraction across tea leaves. Our upward counter-gravity water flow lifts tea leaves into full suspension, enabling uniform contact with hot water. For fermented varieties such as black tea, oolong and pu’er, this method fully draws out rich, multi-dimensional aromas that regular gravity brewing cannot deliver.
